Morals Morals The moral fiber of today's society is missing. We must ask ourselves the following question; Where is it? Asking where it is helps us find it again. To have moral fiber you must have morals. What are the basis or the roots of morals? Let's see, is it ABC, NBC, CBS, FOX, CNN or PBS? Most definitely not. They've never heard of morals. Oh, they carry their moralistic shows from time to time, but the bottom line is, if that show didn't sell advertising space, it wouldn't be there, therefore to them, money equals morals! Is it Disney? Dr. Seuss? Sesame Street? The Muppets? Barney? Hardly! Besides, Disney lost its morals a long time ago for love of money. Once again, to them, money equals morals. Gee, and I would imagine that money drove Dr. Seuss, Sesame Street, The Muppets, and Barney too!
The point is; All of the morals of modern society are based on God, and the Bible. What were people called that didn't know about God or the Bible? Heathens! What is the definition of heathen? "An uncoverted member of a people or nation that does not acknowledge the God of the Bible or an uncivilized or irreligious person." Don't take my word for it, that's straight out of Webster's! Uncivilized means barbaric. What is the definition of barbarism? "It's a word or expression that offends standards of correctness or purity."
Now-a-days, some may say, in this supposed enlightened age. Who can say what is right and what is wrong? Hogwash!
Number 1, we were all born with an inate sense of God as it clearly states in Romans 1:20. This point will also be argued by non-believers, but even a supposed barbaric or uncivilized society at one time, knew how to be good to one another. This argument is mute. We all know the difference between good and evil.
Number 2, here is what the Bible (just read it) 2nd Timothy Chapter 3:1-5 says; "But know this, that in the last days perilous times will come; for men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, unloving, unforgiving, slanderers, without self-control, brutal, despisers of good, traitors, headstrong, haughty, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, having a form of Godliness but denying its power."
Sounds like today's headlines, doesn't it. You may say, "Yeah, but that's just the Bible talking." You know what? It sure is. If you really read the statement you will see that it is all truth about what is happening in today's day and time more than any other time in history. Whether you want to believe it or not, the Bible is as much about our future as our past. It is filled with prophesy. The Bible is truth, and the spiritual world is more real than this one. We are the shadow world and they are the real one.
Now, to answer the first question, Where is the moral fiber? It's in the Bible. The moral fiber is God, who has been taught to everyone since the beginning of creation itself.
To renew our moral fiber in this society, the government and the courts need to back off. They've taken the Bible out of schools and public institutions because of a small minority of people who have no life and can't stand seeing other people happy. These people have tried to drive God out of every corner of society. I've got news for the small minority. It won't work. God cannot be taken out of anything. God is in and of everything on this earth. God will remain in the schools and public institutions no matter what the government or courts do, but unfortunately, removing the Bible from these institutions makes people blind to God. That is just what the devil wants. He wants all of us to be blind to God. The Bible enlightens and allows us to see God, but the blind small minority wants everyone else to be blind also. There's a verse in the Bible about the blind leading the blind.
Find a Bible, open it up and really read it, otherwise, look up the definition of heathen from earlier, that is what our society is becoming and has become, when the Bible is removed from our society and we are blinded to the Word of God. It isn't totally out of our hands yet, but given time, the government and small minorities will try to remove it from our homes too. The government is becoming barbaric. Look up barbarism again.
This country has turned its back on God, but God still has not turned his back on us.
Bring back moral fiber to this country's daily diet. If we open our Bibles again, we will remove the blockage of moral stupidity that has invaded our spiritual bodies. We can replace it with moral fiber, so that the blockage is removed and this country flows again.
One last thing. You have to laugh at these far left judges & politicians, pompous in themselves, and their bizarre interpretation of the law! These are not the laws of God! I don't speak for God, the Bible does! Homosexual marriage may be recognized by man, but it will never be recognized by God! Read the Bible and it clearly states how the Almighty feels about homosexual marriage!
